We stayed in a 3 room presidential suite, which was fabulous. The living room area was especially nice and includes a fireplace. I love the furniture. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Nice open concept in the kitchen, dining and living room areas. We arrived after the office closed, so the security guard completed the temporary check-in process. He was exceptionally nice and thorough.
Very nice room, great space, very good view of the golf course. They were not too pushy on the condo presentation, but they will try of course. Very nice people at check-in. The only issue to mention is that if you are sensitive to noise you likely will hear the walking of anyone above if you are not on the top floor. This surprised us and was a bit annoying after a while. Not the fault of those above us either. The floors just transmit a lot of noise. The walls are slightly better but not great either.
Only bad thing is the construction now blocking what was a great view of the Dye Course.
Don't stay here if you come for the beach. It should be made clear to the owners that there is no beach access on the premises. They have a bus that will take you to a beach, not sure where or the accommodations. The nearest sister resort is almost 45 minutes away. So without a car, your options are the bus or the small cold water pool. If you golf, you're in the right place.
This was our first time visiting Dye villas and the place is very nice. We were early for check-in and went to have a drink to wait. Megan the bartender was fantastic. She was friendly knowledgeable and made a dynamite bloody Mary! The 1 thing we didn't like was the pool area was too remote from the villas to walk easily for us.
Very nice place! The three-room suites are spacious, clean, and comfortable—great for a family vacation. The modern full kitchen was a big plus and made it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. Would definitely stay here again.
Excellent place that's off the beaten path. The salespeople are not on the site. So you don't get the pushy, harassment. The rooms are beautiful.
We didn't have any kind of room service the 4 nights we were there. 3rd floor get ready for a bunch of stairs. Room have twin beds. Nice view from the 3rd floor. Quiet for the most part. Traveled here in October. Need to take out your own trash to garbage.
